Before joining The Poole Law Group, Tiffany served for 12 years as a 911 Dispatcher for Montgomery County, Maryland. In that role, she developed exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills while helping others during some of their most challenging moments. Her experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment has shaped her calm, dependable approach to supporting the firm's clients and staff.
Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Virginia University in 2012. She is passionate about creating a positive experience for every client who interacts with the firm and takes pride in being a reliable resource for both colleagues and clients alike.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys traveling, exploring new hiking trails, reading, and spending time with her family and her dog.
