Garrett E. Byron is an attorney and member of the Poole Law Group. He focuses his practice on personal injury and premises liability matters. Garrett assists the Firm with all stages of litigation, including legal research, court appearances, and the drafting of memorandums, correspondence, briefs, and motions.
Garrett received his Juris Doctorate from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he served as a student attorney with the John Jay Legal Services’ Immigration Justice Clinic and volunteered for the National Environmental Moot Court Competition. After graduating from law school, Garrett served for a year as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Julia A. Martz-Fisher in the Circuit Court for Frederick County.
Garrett is highly motivated and proud to work on behalf of numerous injured clients who require high-quality representation.
Currently, Garrett serves as the Philanthropy Chair for the Young Lawyers Section to the Frederick County Bar Association and is a committee member and volunteer for MSBA’s Lawyers’ Assistance Program.
